Li Li was called to the Singapore Bar in 1990

Li Li commenced legal practice with a major law firm in Singapore as a legal assistant and was involved in advising and structuring banking and security arrangements (including syndicated loans to local and foreign borrowers), commercial leasing, joint ventures and real estate transactions. She was a member of the legal team that advised the Singapore consortium in the establishment of the Suzhou Industrial Park in Suzhou, China. She has also spent a year working with a Japanese law firm in Tokyo, Japan where she advised Japanese clients on their overseas business ventures.

Her main area of practice is corporate and commercial law, including structuring and drafting joint venture agreements. She is proficient in English and Chinese.
