Clarissa was called to the Singapore Bar in 2019
Clarissa graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Warwick in 2017 and obtained Distinctions in Civil Litigation and Family Law in the Singapore Bar Examinations prior to her admission in 2019.
Clarissa’s main practice is in the field of civil and commercial litigation. She has assisted in a broad spectrum of disputes including contractual disputes, company and shareholder disputes, trust and equitable claims, insolvency and construction disputes.
Clarissa has also assisted in various blue collar and white collar criminal matters, including the criminal defence of accused persons charged under the Penal Code and the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) Act.
Apart from her interest in dispute resolution, Clarissa regularly advises on non-contentious matters pertaining to commercial contracts and employment law. She has advised, among others, companies and C-Suite/management level employees in matters involving employee complaints, investigations and constructive dismissal.
