Rachel was called to the Singapore Bar in 2020

Rachel graduated from the University of Leeds in the United Kingdom with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours). She was called to the Bar in May 2020.

Prior to commencing practice with us, Rachel gained invaluable experience across a diverse range of matters. She completed her relevant legal training at a boutique family law firm where she assisted in contentious and non-contentious divorces, as well as care and control, and other matrimonial related applications. Thereafter, Rachel completed her practice training in the commercial litigation department of a joint law venture between an international law firm and a reputable local firm, where she assisted in several complex, high-value claims in the Courts as well as arbitration.

Rachel’s main area of practice is in civil and commercial dispute resolution. She has a keen interest in matrimonial law, and has assisted in a wide spectrum of contentious matters ranging from building and construction disputes to divorce proceedings.
