Vincent Shi Wenhan

Vincent was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 2024, the China Bar in 2011, and the California Bar in 2023.

Trained at a leading US law firm and qualified to practise law in three jurisdictions, Vincent has extensive experience advising on complex cross-border matters, with a practice focus on investments, financing, corporate governance and regulatory compliance, and tax structuring. He regularly advises Chinese and Japanese clients on the establishment and operation of Singapore holding and operating structures to support overseas expansion.

Vincent also advises ultra-high-net-worth families on wealth preservation and succession planning, including the establishment of onshore and offshore trust structures.

Vincent is a native Mandarin speaker and is fluent in English and Japanese, having obtained a full score in the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test N1. He is well versed in Chinese and Japanese business culture and advises clients with cultural sensitivity in cross-border transactions.
